The course
A clear first step.
Time to practice.
You do not need a medical background to help. Learn to recognize an emergency, make the scene safer, call for help, and begin appropriate care. Short explanations lead into practice, feedback, and skills checks.
This is a basic first aid class. We can tailor examples and scenarios to your workplace, club, or team—including mountain biking—while keeping the core first aid, CPR/AED, and bleeding-control skills at the center.

Good to know
Course questions.
Does this include CPR/AED certification?
Yes. Adult, child, and infant CPR and AED skills are included, with certification after successful completion.
Is this the right class for a NICA coach?
That depends on your coaching level, league, and access to care. Review our NICA training guide before choosing a class. A four-hour basic course is different from the eight-hour NICA First Aid course and 16-hour WFA.
Can you teach our group?
Yes. Contact MTN with your location, group size, preferred dates, and training goals. We will help you choose the format and tailor the practice to your setting.
